As an employee, independent consultant and partner Todd has been a group benefit consultant for over 20 years.  Offering benefit consulting to companies with up to 1,000 employees, his unique service delivers detailed information in a simple conversational style without any pressure or obligation. He assists individuals, families and business owners in their pursuit of understanding new and managing existing benefit programs, available funding options, educating employees about their options and benefits offered to them.  His main objective is to assist businesses in controlling their benefit spend while maintaining competitive and engaging plans for their employees.

Todd fills his free time with his children at soccer practices and baseball and hockey games. When he doesn’t have his kids’ limo driver hat on, he enjoys playing hockey, guitar and staying healthy through regular exercise and running.
